What are the main materials of the Onebot Ebike?
Most models use high-density aviation magnesium alloy as the frame, and a few models use aluminum alloy as the frame.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information.Member functions will be added to the account page in the near future.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders will take 3-7 business days to arrive. It depends on where you are.

Love the bike, came exactly as expected but the riding of it exceeded my expectations - you don’t need to always go full speed, find your sweet spot (handling is sketchy at hugger speeds but it’s expected)
Always check your chain.
It fits in the back seat of our Honda Accord, and our Mastiff still has plenty of room. It's ideal for our local river walks and nature trails. It's also really easy to pedal. I leave the power off except for going up hills. It's a well-thought-out and beautiful design. When I first bought it I found myself poking my head into the garage just to admire it!
